Any RETURNS/REFUNDS or problems will be handled directly by us at Bushcraft & Survival UK and we aim to be incredibly responsive to customers needs. Tracking Info is available on request but most of our products are delivered in 5-10 days with an average of 7 days.

Bushcraft & Survival UK although based in the UK Ships Internationally using our international sales model which allows us to automatically send you items direct from our manufacturers and suppliers, which saves on cost which is how we keep our prices down so low. Less handling and cost incurred is beneficially transferred straight on in the form of savings to you guys Thats why ALL of our products include FREE SHIPPING.
We ship to the following countries via DHL or UPS and then the item is transferred onto a local courier in the country of choice, for example Evri, USPS or Correos. Our Shipping times vary between 5-10 days generally but we aim to get you your products in a week so 7 days.

Returns & Refunds -
Here at Bushcraft & Survival UK our main goal is happy customers so returns for faulty or damaged items or products that do not match the description are accepted up to 30 days from receipt of item date. If you check the product reviews you will see that this is a rare case. Unfortunately like most online sellers to keep our prices low due to the international nature of our business returns will be paid for by the Buyer, but for larger items we are willing to negotiate with the customer in some cases and spilt the difference with proof of return postage costs provided.
Returns will NOT be shipped back to our suppliers like the reverse of original postage and will be handled here in the UK by us. So rest assured you will speak to myself and the return postage address will be a UK Address at our HQ in Chigwell, Essex.
